How to create tickets

    Support portal instructions:

    Support tickets are intended to resolve issues. Open support tickets are visible from your client dashboard. Both open and resolved tickets are visible within the Support Tickets screen.

    Step 1. From your client dashboard or the Support Tickets screen Click “Add Support Ticket.”

    Step 2. Input a ticket title.

    Step 3. Optionally, you may upload any files by dragging and dropping to where it says, “DROP HERE” or by clicking “BROWSE” and searching your computer.

    Step 4. Enter a description of the issue in the Details field.

    Step 3. Click the “CREATE TICKET” button.
