Support Portal Instructions

Step 1. Login to access your customer support portal dashboard here.

By default, after logging in, you will be redirected to your client dashboard. It displays the status of your project and includes several powerful but user-friendly management and support tools. Send messages, edit your profile, add contacts, view and pay invoices, and more.

Step 1. To reset and choose your own password go here.

Step 2. Enter the email address associated with your user account and click Reset Password.

Step 3. An email will automatically be sent with a temporary link for verification. Click it to continue the verification process.

Step 4. Choose a unique password and enter the new password twice in the respective fields.

Step 5. Click Reset Password and wait for the confirmation.

Step 6. Click Back to Login and sign in using your new password.

Client-Instructions-How-To-Edit-Account-Profile

 

Step 1. Click “Edit my Profile” in the upper right-hand-corner of your client dashboard.

Step 2. Input your new information in the respective fields.

Step 3. Click the “Update Settings” button to save changes.

Support tickets are intended to resolve issues. Open support tickets are visible from your client dashboard. Both open and resolved tickets are visible within the Support Tickets screen.

Step 1. From your client dashboard or the Support Tickets screen Click “Add Support Ticket.”

Step 2. Input a ticket title.

Step 3. Optionally, you may upload any files by dragging and dropping to where it says, “DROP HERE” or by clicking “BROWSE” and searching your computer.

Step 4. Enter a description of the issue in the Details field.

Step 3. Click the “CREATE TICKET” button.

Invoices with an outstanding balance (including partial balances) are accessible from your client dashboard or by following the below instructions. The following steps will also allow you to view and print new and old invoices.

How to view invoices:

Step 1. Click the Invoices menu tab.

Step 2. Under the invoice ID column, click the invoice that you want to open.

The invoice contains itemized details including contact information, terms, descriptions of services and payments received.

 

How to make a payment online:

Step 1. Open the unpaid invoice from your client dashboard or by following the instructions above.

Step 2. Click the “Pay $xx.xx Now” button to bring up the Payment Methods dialog box. Currently the only option is PayPal, but their service accepts credit cards.

Step 3. Complete the payment process within PayPal and it should redirect you afterwards.

 

How to print an invoice:

Step 1. Open the invoice from your client dashboard or by following the instructions above.

Step 2. Click the “View Printable Invoice” button to view a printable version of your invoice within another window.

Step 3. Right click anywhere on the screen and select “print” from the dialog box to open the print window.

Step 4. Adjust the print settings or click “Print.”

Step 1. Access the WordPress dashboard by adding /wp-admin to the end of your website’s URL. (When you visit the login page for WordPress you will see the login screen.)

For example: yourwebsite.com/wp-admin

Step 2. Type your WordPress username and password. (After logging in successfully you will see the WordPress dashboard.)

If you ever lose or forget the password to access your WordPress dashboard the program provides easy options to reset or change it.

Step 1. Go to your WordPress login page (example.com/wp-admin)

Step 2. Click on Lost you password? at the bottom

Step 3. Enter the Username or E-mail of your WordPress account, then click on Get New Password

Step 4. Look for and email with the subject [WordPress Site] Password Reset. Click on the link that says: To reset your password, visit the following address.

Step 5. Type your New password, confirm it, then click Reset Password
